Employee Assistance Programs

If an employee tests positive for drugs, the employer is responsible for reviewing the MRO evaluation regarding work readiness and follow-up testing schedules, and to ensure compliance. If the result of a drug or alcohol test requires that an employee participate in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Tongass Substance Screening will assist you in locating a local program that fits your needs.
